1. The service
InvestmentAI provides AI-generated investment research and portfolio analytics for informational and educational purposes. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and nothing in the service constitutes personalized investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. No advice; your decisions
All content — ideas, scores, briefs, backtests, portfolio observations — is generated by AI systems and published generally to subscribers. You alone decide whether and how to act, in your own brokerage account. You bear all risk of investment decisions, including total loss of principal.
4. Subscriptions & trials
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features. Paid subscriptions ($9.99/month or $79/year) renew automatically until cancelled via the in-app billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice effective at your next renewal.
5. Account connections
Linking financial accounts is optional and read-only, via Plaid. You authorize us to retrieve balances, holdings, and related data on your behalf. We cannot initiate transactions. You may disconnect at any time, which stops syncing and lets you delete stored data.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell content; reverse engineer the service; use it to violate law or regulation; or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, OR THAT ANY IDEA WILL BE PROFITABLE. HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE HAS INHERENT LIMITATIONS AND DOES NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestmentAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms.
10. Changes; governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
